Order

All orders placed on our website are subject to the acceptance of Malagasy Vanilla. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including insufficient stock, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

Delivery

We primarily deliver within Belgium. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Malagasy Vanilla cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Bancontact, bank transfer, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa. All transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure the safety of your information.

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

Liability

Malagasy Vanilla disclaims all liability for the misuse of products purchased on our site. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits, or data.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Pricing Policy

The prices listed on the site are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product if you are not satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@malagasyvanilla.be with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a timeframe in accordance with Belgian law.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Products

Food products such as vanilla beans, vanilla powder, vanilla seeds, and "loose beans" cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened due to their perishable nature.
