At Malagasy Vanilla, we work hand in hand with a community of more than 250 dedicated farmers. This vital partnership not only ensures the production of premium quality green vanilla, but also plays a crucial role in the value chain by guaranteeing the excellence and freshness of our vanilla from the very beginning.
Collector-Preparer
We are also involved in the preparation and processing of vanilla, carried out in specialized workshop in Sambava. This is where the art of vanilla comes to life, in a meticulous process that honors tradition while embracing artisanal craftsmanship. This careful process allows us to refine the aromas and preserve the unique qualities of each bean, ensuring an exceptional finished product that meets the expectations of the most discerning palates
